Guwahati News Desk: On Sunday, out of two missing children one was found dead in a nearby forest at Lokhiram Rongphar village under Chokihola Police Station. The deceased has been identified as Sobita Hansepi (11) who was found dead with injury marks on her head while other Anisha Engtipi (9) is still missing.
According to the villagers, on Saturday the kids went for fishing in a nearby river but didnât return home. When their family members and villagers searched for them, they found Sabita in the forest dead. This made them anxious and to know the whereabouts of Anisha, her parents informed the police and filed a case with Chokihola Police station. Search operation is still undergoing to trace the missing child.
