Guwahati News Desk: Education Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma inaugurated CBSE affiliated Adarsh school at Murkongselek in Dhemaji district on Monday.
The Adarsha Vidyalayas are designed to elevate the standard of education in 18 educationally backward blocks.
A total of 20 schools are operated across the state and new 5 schools will function this year.
During the inauguration ceremony MP Pradan Baruah and MLA Bhuban Pegu was present.
