Guwahati News Desk: The government of Delhi has issued a notification on Monday that liquor will be allowed to deliver to the doorstep of people.
It was allowed under Licence in Form L-13 as home delivery will be available for both Indian and foreign liquor by ordering online through a mobile application or web portal but will not be accessible to any hostels, offices and institutions.
The online delivery of liquor has been permitted looking at the rising cases of COVID-19 the national capital as many people were seen outside a liquor shop.
According to the sources, the delivery charge of the liquor will be excluded from the MRP so that the residents of New Delhi will not have to rush to the liquor shop making the process easie by the Delhi governments under the amended excise rule.
