Guwahati News Desk: Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal laid the foundation stone of Assam Skill University in Mangaldoi on Monday.
It will be Eastern India’s 1st skill university in Assam. The government of Assam have tied up with ITE Education Service, Singapore for setting up the university with an investment worth Rs 900 crore.
CM Sonowal also holds a press meet after the Act East Policy and India-Japan Cooperation in North-East India on Monday. The meeting was arranged with a special focus on Assam.
