Guwahati News Desk: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra launched Five Guarantees campaign for the upcoming Assam Assembly Elections at a public rally in Tezpur on Tuesday.
Priyanka visited Guwahati on Monday ahead of upcoming elections to be held in the state on March 27, April 1 and 6.
The five guarantees includes nullifies of CAA and five lakh government jobs.
Free electricity to be provided in the state up to 200 units per household and two thousand rupees monthly income for housewives.
It also includes the raise of wages of tea workers to 365 rupees per day.
During the rally, Priyanka also said that the ruling party have cheated Assam for the last five years by promising 25 lakh govt jobs.
