Soon after he tested positive, the President self-isolated himself for the next week.
The French Prime Minister Jean Castex also self-isolated after he made contact with President Macron, officials said.
Macon is one among those who have come in contact with the world leaders like British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and United States President Donald Trump who earlier tested positive for COVID-19.
