Potato Cheese Croquettes
Ingredients:
1. Large Potato (4)(boiled).
2. Onion (2)(finely chopped).
3. Carrot (1) (finely chopped).
4. Beet (1) (finely chopped).
5. Processed cheese (2 cubes).
6. Salt to taste.
7. Black pepper powder (1/2 tsp).
8. Breadcrumbs for coating.
9. Oil for frying.
Method:
1. Mash the boiled potato.
2. Now add onion, carrot and beetroot.
3. Mix all the veggies.
4. Now add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it all.
5. Take some mixture and put the cheese (cut into small pieces) inside and make this into a dumpling and again shape them into the barrel (like croquette).
6. Now roll this croquettes into breadcrumbs.
7. Now Freeze it for 5mins to make the croquettes firm and more crispy.
8. Heat the oil on a medium flame and deep fry the colourettes till they are golden brown in color from all sides.
9. Serve this with mayonnaise sauce.
Now have these crispy & cheesy croquettes.
