Guwahati News Desk: Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has continued its cleanliness drive across the city as a part of the Urban Swachh Bharat Mission of India.
The corporation working on throwing plastic waste off the streets which can lead to toxic chemicals and microplastics through inflation, ingestion and direct skin contact.
GMC also urges its residence to dump plastic in the dustbins rather than throwing it in the drains which leads to blockage, artificial flood and chemical infections.
The corporation working on its objectives to make Guwahati clean and urges the people of the city to share their support in achieving the goal.
