Guwahati News Desk: In a joint operation of Raha Police and Anti Narcotic Squad of Nagaon arrested four drug peddlers at Chaparmuk railway station in Nagaon district on Wednesday.
According to the sources, the narcotics officials had recovered 120 grand of heroin worth Rs 85 lakhs. The team launched a joint search operation at the railway stations at 3 am in the morning and arrested the drug peddlers.
The drugs peddlers have been identified as Ainul Haque, Sitara Begum, Rosidul Haque and Wadiqul Islam.
120 grams of heroin which were packed in ten soap cases and were kept hidden underneath the clothes Sitara Begum.
As per report, the mastermind of the group was Ainul Haque as all they arrived Raha by Ledo Express from Dimapur.
