Guwahati News Desk: A massive incident reported in Noonmati area after a group of robbers has allegedly robbed a person in Guwahati City on Tuesday night.
According to the sources, a huge amount of cash along with a mobile phone have been robbed from the victim.
During the robbery the victim who was identified as Kishor Kalita received major injuries as he was immediately admitted in a critical condition at the Gate Hospital at Zoo-Narengi Road.
The incident took place at around 8:30 pm at Cabin Chowk area in Noonmati when Kalita was on the way back home. Kalita was a Railway department employee.
Soon after the incident the Noonmati Police immediately rushed on the spot to take stock of the incident and also started questioning the nearby people to get a clue on the robbery. The investigation has been started by Noonmati Police.
