Guwahati News Desk: Hungsha Dhirura Basumatary, a student of class IX of Kokrajhar Girls’ HS School has been adjusted as the best child scientist in the 29th State Level National Children Science Congress (NCSC)-2021, Assam held from December 6 to December 8 at the Indian Institute of Banking Management, Guwahati for her project titled ‘Head load reducer in weight lifting’.
She demonstrated her project with her co-worker, Risha Brahma.
Talking to this correspondent, the district coordinator of NCSC, Kokrajhar, Chakramani Brahma said that the judges of the 29th State Level National Children Science Congress-2021, Assam selected the project of Hungsha Dhirura Basumatary as the best project within the State of Assam this year.
Basumatary, who is the student of Kokrajhar Girls’ HS School, represented district NCSC-Kokrajhar. She was guided by Rashmi Brahma, Assistant Teacher of Kokrajhar Girls’ HS School and her project title was ‘Head load reducer in weight lifting’.
He also said that as many as 29 projects of 33 districts of Assam got selected for presentation. He said that Hungsha D. Basumatary would participate in the National Children Science Congress to be held on December 27-December 31, 2021.
