Guwahati News Desk: In a dreadful incident, a few locals of Dibrugarh attempted to burn a woman alive over suspicion of witchcraft and sorcery in the outskirts of Dibrugarh town in Lejai Kanthal Bam Village.
The victim has been identified as Champa Mura and is currently missing.
As per sources, two police teams of the Barbaruah police station are present at the spot, and an investigation is continuing.
Further investigation is going on regarding the matter.
