Guwahati News Desk: The Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) President and the State Minister for Agriculture and Veterinary Atul Bora tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday.
Minister Bora took to Twitter and informed them about his mild symptoms and requested all the people to get tested who came in contact with him in the recent days.
Earlier, this week Minister Atul Bora visited Mizoram along with Minister Ashok Singhal to held a meeting with the representative of the Mizoram government regarding the border conflict between Assam and Mizoram which took place after killing of 6 Assam Police personnel and one civilian by Mizoram Police on July 26.
Assam Minister Atul Bora tweeted, “I have tested positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms. I request all those who have come in contact with me to get themselves tested at the earliest.”
