Guwahati News Desk: A 26-year-old girl died in an accident after a loaded truck hits her scooter at Satmile near Gauhati University on Monday evening. The girl was moving towards Dharapur from Jalukbari as the truck hits her from behind and smashes her along with the scooter.
According to sources, the truck driver immediately jumped off and tried to escape from the scene but the bystanders caught him immediately and handed over to the Jalukbari police. More details awaited.
