Guwahati News Desk: Praising retired Army Major Pramila, PM Narendra Modi has described her efforts as an inspiration for the society for understanding the pain of animals and for coming forward to help them by taking care of the helpless strays by spending her, as well as her father’s, personal funds during Covid-19 crisis.
