Guwahati News Desk: A rare white hog deer was spotted at Karizanga National Park & Tiger Reserve (KNPTR) which is currently trending in social media.
According to the sources, the information about the rare deer was received by the residents of Kaziranga National Park, and wildlife photographer Jayanta Kumar Sarma who successfully captured the deer in the Burapahar range.
According to the report of PTI, the animal was spotted at grassland on Monday in the area of Amguri Tea Estate which falls under the Kaliabor sub-division in Nagaon.
The rare white hog deer was seen for the first time in KNPTR including Assam.
