Guwahati News Desk: According to a top Napalese official, Research and Analysis Wing(R&AW) Chief Samant Kr Goel paid a courtesy call to the Prime Minister off Nepal K P Sharma Oli on Thursday.
R&AW chief said that India will not allow interruption in the friendly bilateral relations with Nepal and resolve all outstanding issues through dialogue.
Goel made the call ahead of the upcoming official trip of Indian Army Chief General M M Naravane to Nepal in the first week of November.
