Guwahati News Desk: PWD Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma laid the foundation stone for improvement and widening of roads at Nagaon district on Wednesday.
A road from Nagaon to Bebejia via Birah Benejia was developed under RIDF of NABARD. The total cost of the project is worth Rs 8.75 crore. The road project will help commuters to get a better connection with the nearby places which will help the areas to grow both socially and economically.
On the other hand, a new Clock Tower was inaugurated at Nagaon city. “I feel happy for inaugurating the amazingly elegant Clock Tower along with MLA Rupak Sarma.
