Guwahati News Desk: State PWD Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma laid the foundation stone of several development projects at Barpeta Road on Thursday.
For the development project, the government of Assam has implemented an amount worth Rs 166.64 crore. The project will improve the infrastructure and ensure better connectivity in Barpeta with its nearby districts.
During the foundation ceremony, MLA Ranjeet Das was also present.
