The case was registered in connection with CID PS Case no 21/2020 u/s 409/120B IPC r/w 66 B IT Act.
Dutta was produced before the Hon’ble CJM Court today after getting his medical examination at MMCH.
The court granted 6 days police remand in custody of CID.
