Guwahati News Desk: A massive protest took out by Goalpara Journalist Association on the occasion of National Press Day at Goalpara today.
The protest started from Bauchi to the Office of the District Commissioner in demand for the protection and safety of the journalists.

Recently, another journalist Milan Mahanta who hails from Mirza, was attacked by unknown miscreants in Mirza on Sunday. He was severely injured and undergoing treatment in the nearest hospital.
