Guwahati News Desk: A woman attempts self-immolation outside the Odisha Assembly on Tuesday. Soon police officials immediately rushed on the spot and saved her.
The woman was immediately taken to a nearby hospital. According to the sources, the woman and her husband said that the police didn’t take any further action over the alleged rape and killing of their five-year-old daughter in July.
Though an FIR has been already registered against the accused.
