Guwahati News Desk: At least five persons are feared to be trapped in a tragic coal mine accident at East Jaintia Hills in Meghalaya.
The tragic incident took place at Umpleng area on Sunday at around 5 pm which is around 2 km away from Jaintia Cement where five were reported to be missing.
According to the sources, one of the eyewitnesses says the five got trapped inside the mine in a sudden rush of water flow due to the blasting of dynamites.
