Guwahati News Desk: Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has launched an online admission portal ‘DARPAN’ where students can submit their admission application forms for Class XI for the Higher Secondary course.
In the newly launched online portal, students can enable to seek admission in their own choice of college and institution for Class IX. For the process of Darpan registration for admission, institutions have to register with valid AHSEC codes to create their profiles by providing institutions details into the portal.
The institutions and students will be able to register online for admission on the official website www.darpan.ahseconline.in or www.ahsec.assam.gov.in from August 11 to August 25.
Through this online portal, the students will be able to take admission in any AHSEC affiliated schools in Assam. The online admission process will be eligible for the students who have passed the HSLC/AHM examination from the Board of Secondary Education (SEBA).
According to the sources, the students who have appeared Class 10 final examination from other boards rather than SEBA will have to contact their desired schools or colleges to complete their admission process in the traditional way.
