Guwahati News Desk: New 3,715 COVID-19 positive cases were reported as active cases reach 48,449 on Wednesday.
Today, 1,15,806 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State and 55 people died.
Kamrup Metro alone reported 430 new positive cases with 4 death.
Whereas Cachar reported 366 new cases, Dibrugarh with 222 cases and Sonitpur with 232 cases as the positivity rate of the State rises to 3.24 per cent.
4,355 people recovered from COVID-19 as the recovery rate reaches 87.99 per cent.
