Guwahati News Desk: Government of Assam to provide 23,000 jobs in the education sector in Assam, announced by the Education Minister Ranoj Pegu on Sunday.

The education department will soon release the advertisement for the vacancy of the teachers. According to the sources, the first advertisement of the education department requirement will be released on September 9.

The 23,000 vacancies in the education department were announced by the State education minister on the eve of the Teacher’s Day celebration on Sunday.

During the announcement, Education Minister Pegu also said that there are lots of vacant post in various place were yet to fill up in the education section in Assam but due to many barriers it was not possible in the current time but the department is working on it to remove all the barrier to fill up the posts in the coming days.

On the other hand, the education department will provide a budget of Rs 3 crore for the infrastructure development of the total 209 schools from where students earned great personalities and set a record of successful alumni.
