Guwahati News Desk: Assam received Oxygen Concentrators from North American nation Canada on Sunday.
A total of 5000 Oxygen Concentrators measuring of 274 kilograms gas were provided.
The OC will be distributed to Guwahati, Silchar and Karimgang as the medical essential was brought in the initiative by The International Committee of the Red Cross.
The OC was provided looking at the scarcity of oxygen during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic as it is reported to be the greatest concerns with the rising cases across the nation.
According to the sources, India had received over 33 million and around 43 countries committed to help India by providing Oxygen Concentrators.
