Guwahati News Desk: A newly constructed road of Rishikesh-Gangotri National Highway 94 in Chamba in Uttarakhand was destroyed and damaged due to heavy rainfall on Saturday.
The centre has instructed the Border Roads Organization (BRO) to fill up the shortfall in the highway as soon as possible.
All the communication has been stopped currently in the NH 94 as the vehicles have taken the alternate route for communication.
Few commercial essentials vehicles have been delayed due to damage to roads.
