Guwahati News Desk: An explosion at Islamic seminary rocked the Pakistan city, Peshawar on Tuesday. Wounded around 109 and at least seven children killed in the blast as reported by the health officials.
The blast occurred at the seminary in Dir Colony in interior Peshawar city after Fajr (morning) prayers. Some unknown person kept a bag filled with explosive materials close to wall of the seminary which went off once the children started filling the hall.
The seminary’s administration said around 1,100 students study at the institution. Police teams are collecting evidence.
Meanwhile, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
