Guwahati News Desk: Due to continuous rain in Guwahati City water logging has been witnesses in many sub-bylanes across the city.
Artificial floods and water coming from the hills due to the construction of houses in hilly areas led to a flood in many sub-bylanes with connecting roads to hilly homes.
Many sub-bylanes do not have a perfect water drainage system and caused flash floods. Floods have been witnessed in many connecting sub-bylanes in Japorigog, Hengrabari, Krishnanagar, Rajgarh, Chandmari etc.
On the other hand, the river flow of the Brahmaputra has increase from the normal level which can be witnessed in Fancy Bazar. Meanwhile, the flyover construction area roads in Maligaon, Sarabhati, and Super Market area went slippery due to continuous rain in the city.
