Guwahati News Desk: Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has taken out a social media campaign for the masses and talks about five eco-friendly alternatives that should be used by the people.
GMC urges people to eliminate plastic from life for not only cutting their contribution to the waste stream but it modelling more sustainable living for the people living around.
Fabric napkis, stainless steel & bamboo straws, reusable water bottles, reusable grocery bags and rechargeable batteries are the five eco-friendly alternatives. GMC urges people to go for it for a better tomorrow.
