Guwahati News Desk: The Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International (LGBI) Airport of Guwahati has regularly organized vaccination camps for the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
While fighting against the COVID-19 the vaccination drive was organised over the past two weeks.
The drive was organised for the airport authority, staff and officials who are making all their efforts during the pandemic since cases started in Assam.
Earlier, a regular vaccination camp was organised to clear all the first doses in the airport arena.
The COVID-19 vaccination programme has come to end on Wednesday by administering over 1800 doses of vaccines.
The Guwahati Airport is committed to providing all safety for all passengers during the pandemic.
Earlier, the Guwahati Airport installed thermal scanners in it’s premises which were provided by UNICEF India as this initiative will help out the airport authority to boost the joint effort to combat COVID-19 the keeping the passengers on the list of top priority.
