Guwahati News Desk: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has issued a notification stating that the Higher Secondary first year examination which was scheduled to begin from May 4 has been postponed due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 in the State.
The department will soon announce the updated dates for its first-year examination once the situation stables.
The online classes for the HS first year will continue as per schedule by their respective institutions, urging its students to prepare for the upcoming exams.
