Guwahati News Desk: Jagiroad Police under the supervison of SP Morigaon seized 88 containers of drugs, large numbers of stolen articles of temples, copper and aluminium wires from the residence of Abul Kasem.
Both 31-year-old accused and his wife, Fatema Begum was involved, officials said on Sunday.
According to the sources, copper and aluminium wires were suspected to be stolen from the premises of Jagiroad paper mill. A case was registered under the sections of NDPS ACT. The raid was conducted in the early morning at Jagiroad.
