India’s longest Road Arch Bridge inaugurated in Meghalaya

Guwahati News Desk: Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma inaugurated the longest Road Arch Bridge in Meghalaya on Friday.

The Wahrew or Sohbar Bridge constructed over the crystal clear water on the Wahrew River at Sohbar in Meghalaya.

The bridge was constructed under NLCPR of Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Government of India.

The estimated cost of the bridge is worth Rs 48.395 crore which is constructed to connect Bholagang and Sohbar to Nongiri.
