Malaya Neog, Tinsukia: Chutney is an integral part of Indian cuisine. It adds a sweet & spicy flavor to our food. Chicken chutney is a quick & easy dish to prepare.
Ingredients:
Chicken(Boneless) – 10 pieces (small cube like pieces)
Onion – 1no, Sliced
Garlic cloves – 8/10 nos
Ginger – 1 inch
Green Chilli – 8/10 nos
Curry leaves – 7/8 nos
Coriander leaves – a handful
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
M.oil – 1/4 tsp
Recipe:
Bring water to boil. Add the chicken pieces, vinegar & a little salt. Cook until tender. Rinse under cold water, drain & set aside. Take a mixer grinder, add the boiled chicken and all the other ingredients except lemon juice & m.oil. Grind it with a little water & make it into a paste. Transfer to a bowl. Add lemon juice , m.oil and mix well.
