Guwahati News Desk: The government of Mizoram has decided to reduce admission fees by 30 per cent in all State-run schools for students to get enrolled in class 11, says State Education Minister Lalchhandama Ralte on Monday.
The decision was taken looking at the current situation in the State due to pandemic which leads hardship for the parents and students.
The Education Minister Ralte also urges all the private institution across the State to work on reducing admission fees amid difficulties faced by the people due to rising cases of COVID-19.
Minister Ralte also urges parents to get their children enrolled in the government run school as it was always managed by qualified teaches with no tuition fees.
The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) has declared its class 10 examination results on June 3.
