Guwahati News Desk: The North East Student’s Organisation (NESO) to observe ‘Black Day’ on December 11 across the northeastern states in demand for cancellation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) which was passed on December 11, 2019, by Rajya Sabha.
According to the sources, the students’ associations to hoist black flags in public places across the northeastern states.
The black day will be observed in all the districts of Assam including Guwahati City.
