Guwahati News Desk: A resident of Jorhat district Dharani Kumar Baruah planting trees near the newly constructed National Highway 37 as a lot of trees were cut down by the respective authority for the construction of the four-lane highway.
He plants nahar saplings for a greener view and also to inspire the people to plant trees for better living.
The 70-year-old trying to change the perspective of the people for a long time by showing a broad concept in conserving the environment.
