September 25, 2020 : Manuel Rodriguez a Spanish tourist received an emotional farewell on Tuesday as he was stuck at Bokotial village in Sivasagar district for seven months due to lock down across the State over COVID-19.
Rodriguez earlier planned to spend a week in the village but ended up with love and affection with the village people during the lock down as he was now returned to New Delhi in Rajdhani Express and his flight was scheduled for Madrid from New Delhi today.
