Guwahati News Desk: Guwahati Police has apprehended two drugs traffickers from Lakhtakia in Guwahati on Wednesday.
The team of Panbazar Police operated a raid at S S Road in Lakhtakia and successfully arrested two Mehboob Ali and Rongmola Begum.
The police officials seized two soap boxes and 99 vials of heroin and 300 empty vials and a cash of Rs 1,01,000 have been recovered and 3 handsets have been seized during the operation.
Earlier, on Tuesday, Panbazar Police have recovered 16 vials brown sugar of 28.58 grams and 3 packets containing 11.23 grams. Chandmari Police recovered 12 vials heroin of 15.38 grams and Satgaon Police seized 7 packet of brown sugar of 29.20 grams.
In all the cases 10 drugs peddlers have seen arrested so far. Guwahati Police has already started their war against drugs across the city and many drugs were seized in the past.
