Guwahati News Desk: Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma holds a meeting with the Finance Department of Assam headed by Ajanta Neog on Wednesday.
He reviewed and suggested the best practise adopted in the last five years.
During the meeting, it was discussed that July of every year will be observed as Orunodoi month, to add more beneficiaries to make the scheme more vibrant.
CM Sarma directed the finance department to expeditiously release funds for the welfare scheme for the benefits of all sections of the people.
