Guwahati News Desk: Suspected heroin was recovered by Bokajan Police from the residence of one Prabhas Shah in Bokajan on Tuesday.
Police officials recovered the heroin by digging which was buried in the ground.
Contraband weighed 12 grams worth Rs 40 thousand in the market was recovered as police officials arrested 45-year-old Parbati Devi and her two sons Ramdev and Kapil but could not arrest Prabhas, as he was not at home.
According to sources, the family was active drug peddlers for a long time in Bokajan.
