Guwahati News Desk: Health Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma took part in a bicycle rally of 14 kms today at Biswanath district.
The rally started from Doimalu to Kalamari as thousands of bicycle riders and motorbikers joined the rally along with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJ) workers.
