Guwahati News Desk: At least four people were arrested by Assam Police Crime Branch and Guwahati City Police in charge of fuel-theft racket near Guwahati Refinery in Noonmati on Firday.
The investigators seized 1,400 litres of diesel from multiple places of Noonmati and another 1,000 litres of diesel is expected to be recovered during the search operation.
