Guwahati News Desk: No flights to land from the United Kingdom to India after 2:30 am from tomorrow for a mutated variant of coronavirus.
Passengers who have boarded flights from the UK will have to go mandatory institutional quarantine.
Asymptomatic people will be quarantined at hotels while symptomatic passengers will be admitted at GT Hospital.
The announcement was made by Iqbal Singh Chahal, Commissioner, BMC on Monday.
