Malaya Neog, Tinsukia: Let’s have an instant evening refreshment of Aam Panna with ripe & raw mangoes
A healthy, refreshing and tasty summer cooler to beat the heat.
Ingredients:
Ripe mango – 1cup (Chopped)
Raw mango – 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Salt – According to taste
Mint leaves – Handful
Ice cubes – few
Cold water – As required
Method:
In a mixer grinder put the chopped ripe and raw mangoes. Add mint leaves, sugar, cumin powder, pepper powder, black salt, salt, few ice cubes and 1 cup of water. Grind to a smooth paste. Now, in a glass take 2-3 tbsp of the paste add ice cubes. Pour in cold water and mix well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
