Guwahati News Desk: The Kerala government has imposed section 144 of CrPC, prohibiting the assembly of more than five people to control the surge in covid cases in the state.
The order was issued by Chief Secretary Vishwas Mehta, late night on Thursday. The order shall come into force from 9 am on October 3 and will remain in effect till October 31.
The state’s tally reached two lakh with 8,135 fresh cases on Thursday.
