Bhaswati Das: Let’s make a Tri colour paneer tikka on the occasion of 75th Independence Day. Here’s the process for the delicious homemade tikka, easy to make and supper yummy guaranteed.
Ingredients:
1. (2 Tbsp) Fresh Mint leaves.
2. (1 Tsp) Kasuri Methi.
3. (1 Tsp) Salt.
4. (2 Tsp) Cumin Powder.
5. (1 Tbsp) Mustard Oil.
6. (2 Tsp) Ginger Garlic Paste.
7. (2 Sliced) Onion.
8. (2 Tbsp) Red And Green Pepper Sliced.
9. (1 Tsp) Fennel Powder.
10. (150) Grams Paneer.
11. (70 Grams) Thick Yogurt.
12. (1 Tsp) Chopped Garlic.
13. (1 Tsp) Turmeric Powder.
14. (2 Tsp) Garam Masala.
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add the sliced peppers, yoghurt, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, onion, paneer and mustard oil. Mix together and split the mixture into three equal parts.
Bowl 1:- For orange colour :- Take red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, cumin powder and garam masala powder in the bowl and mix well.
Bowl 2:- For white colour :- Mix well red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder.
Bowl 3:- For green colour:- Take mint coriander leaves and green chillies, grind to make a smooth paste. Add this paste with fennel powder to the bowl and mix well.
Now take one piece of paneer from each bowl and fix it in a screwer. Heat up oil in a non stick pan. Place this tikkas one by one and serve with sauce or green chutney. Enjoy this Tri colour paneer tikkas in this Independence Day.
