Bhaswati Das, Food Correspondent: Let’s cook up the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio the easiest spaghetti pasta recipe in complete homemade style.
Ingredients:
1. Spaghetti : 1 pck.
2. Olive oil : 3 tbsp.
3. Garlic : 4-5 cloves.
4. Red chili flakes : 2 tbsp.
5. Oregano : 1 tbsp.
6. Mixed herbs : 1 tbsp.
7. Salt : to taste.
8. Parmesan cheese : For garnish.
Method:
1. Boil spaghetti with 2tbsp of oil & little bit of salt till spaghetti becomes al-dante
(Boil for 15mins).
2. Now drain the spaghetti and keep aside. Keep 1 bowl of spaghetti stock.
3. Take a pan now add olive oil, after heating up, now add garlic cloves, red chili flakes, oregano and mixed herbs.
4. Now add the spaghetti.
5. Mix all the ingredients nicely.
6. Add salt and spaghetti stock.
7. Mix again for 2mins.
8. And it’s gone. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
